Modalities of the reservation:
To confirm a reservation of an activity or an accommodation, we kindly ask you to send us an email or a fax with a deposit of 50% of the total costs by check or transfer made out for RIVIERA ESCAPADE. RIB: 20041 01008 1607500X029 14 Banque Postale Marseille. European VAT Number: FR44437511462.

Condition of a cancelation:
RIVIERA ESCAPADE can annul a vacation in case of an act of nature beyond control. Already made payment will be paid back without compensations. Changes of the program can only be made by the supervision, which is authorized to assess weather conditions and difficulties on the grounds. A program interrupted by a client does not present a case for a refund.
In case of a cancellation of the client (even if it only partial):
- Less then 8 days before the execution of the event, the bill adds up to 100 % of the total costs.
- Between 8 and 15 days before the execution of the event, the bill adds up to 70 % of the total costs.
- After more than 16 days before the execution of the event, the bill adds up to 50 % of the total costs and thus the amount of the deposit.
